Male Impotence Causes - Physical and Psychological

May 27th, 2009 William No comments

When I first noticed that my main man downstairs wasn’t functioning the way he was supposed to, I got really anxious. There’s no worse feeling in the world then being in bed with a woman and you’re not able to please her. No matter how many times she says “I love you - it’s OK, I understand” - you still can’t help but feel useless and insecure.

I set out on a mission to find out what caused my impotence. What I found though was that there are many causes of male impotence. The main reason, in the end, is a physical problem. 80% of all cases of impotence are a physical problem, not a mental one. For me, it was both.

After understanding what caused my impotence, I found a permanent solution that cured my erectile dysfunction.

So, what causes impotence?

Psychological Impotence Causes:

1. Childhood

Most of your current behavior stems from your childhood. Growing up, you developed certain ideas about sex. Sometimes we create ‘unreasonable’ ideas about sexuality - such as feeling guilty about having sex or pushing away normal sexual thoughts. If you are suffering from impotence, sexual counseling is great way to relieve pressure about sex and also discover a part of you that you might have been burying deep down inside. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, you know what I mean?

2. The Media

Today’s media is off the leash. It makes us all over-sexualized and creates a sense that everyone is beautiful out there and having great sex - except for you. The media creates a ton of pressure to perform. As a male, it also makes you feel insecure about your manhood and your physical body. It makes you think “am I strong enough, good looking enough?” The best thing you can do for yourself is to throw your TV out the window - it’s really the only cure to get away from the media. Personally, I don’t own a TV anymore and don’t pay attention to the news. My life is a lot happier because of it.

3. Religious Ideology

I don’t want to offend anyone out there, but, religious ideology is something people do not like to look at in this case. Many of the major religions shun sexuality, especially before marriage. Also, there is a major ‘guilt complex’ that religions place on people, often making people feel bad about thoughts they may have towards sex. If you are a religious man, and suffering from impotence, it’s probably because you are subduing a part of you that wants to release sexual desire. In the end, we live on this Earth just once to experience what we call life. Maybe it’s time to open a dialogue with your wife about sex.

4. Stress

Are you stressed from work, kids, bills and the never ending responsibilities? If so, it’s time to examine the effects its having on you physically. If you can’t get hard because your life is “work” - then you need to take a time out. Book 2 weeks off of work for “mental health” (yes, you can do that), take the kids to your parents place and take your wife camping or some activity like that. Take a break each month.

Physical Impotence Causes:

1. High Blood Pressure

This is one of the main reasons. If you’re stressed out constantly, drinking a lot of caffeine and just generally have high blood pressure - it will affect how blood is transferred to your penis. This is also known as “Hypertension”.

2. Build up of fatty materials such as cholesterol

In medical terms, this is called “Atherosclerosis.” Basically, you have a build up of gunk in your blood that cuts off the flow to your penis. This has a lot to do with diet and the foods you’re eating. Eating healthy is a must if you’re impotent.

3. Heart Disease

Heart disease affects many parts of your being - but it can also affect your penis as well. If you’re suffering from heart disease and are impotent, you need to see your doctor.

4. Physical Injuries

Obviously if you’ve hurt yourself ‘down there’ - there is a significant chance that that’s what’s causing your impotence. Now, I don’t just mean being kicked in the nuts or something like that. It can also mean that you ride a bike everyday, and over time, the constant bumping has caused injury to your penis. If you think that you have a physical injury, you need to see your doctor.

5. Medication

If you are taking medication to treat ulcers, high blood pressure or heart disease - they may be affecting your erections.

6. Lifestyle Choices

If you smoke, drink, are overweight and generally unhealthy - it’s pretty much a given that you’ll eventually go soft. There’s only so much your body can handle!

There are many causes of male impotence in the end. These are just the more common ones. In the end, unless you are suffering from some major physical problems, you don’t need drugs to cure your impotence.

Impotence Cures Video Link - Youtube

I made this video on youtube to kind of showcase how to cure impotence. It’s basically about my personal story and what I went through when I was impotent. I got really depressed for 4 years because of it. I just want to show that you are not alone out there, and I made the video so you could hear my voice and see that other people are out there and brave enough to expose themselves online.

There are real powerful ways to cure impotence that do not require drugs.

I highlight in the video that it’s about a mixture of drug treatment and at home remedies, which work for some, but not me in the end.

Impotence Cures - Is Curing a Myth, or Fact?

May 16th, 2009 William No comments

For the longest time when I was looking online for impotence cures, I was surrounded with so much junk information and websites that I honestly couldn’t tell what I should do. There were so many claims of drugs, remedies and treatments being these ‘miracle’ solutions that I didn’t know where to start. Out of desperation, I tried ordering medication online from a variety of different websites.

Some sites ended up being ’spam’ - online only for the purpose of stealing my personal information and credit card. What a headache that was… In the end, I never did try any of the drugs that came in the mail - I was too scared to trust any of the sources.

What I ended up doing in the end was going to see a doctor. I know this might seem like the logical first step, but sometimes you think you can fix all your problems on your own. Plus, I was never one to think any ‘pill’ could help me. The doctor gave me a prescription for Viagra, and I ended up trying it. I will say, I did get an erection, but I started to suffer from headaches, dizziness and a ‘flush’ red face after taking it. Plus, my erections sometimes lasted for 8 hoursĀ  - even after the deed was done! Fine, I want an erection, but not for that long!

My advice to you is to make sure you understand what the causes of impotence are (I made a post above), and make sure to know that not all drugs, even if popular, will help you. In the end, it’s a combination of lifestyle choices and medical treatments. The difference is that some treatments have all natural ingredients and are good for you, and some are straight up chemical concoctions. Read through my website to get more information.
