Impotence Remedies - Natural Remedy & Cures at Home

When I first started out to discover how to fix my erectile dysfunction, I heard a lot about impotence remedies that would help me get an erection naturally. You’re probably thinking about “natural at home herbal remedies” or some crap like that, but honestly - there’s just simple things you gotta do to. When I think of a impotence remedy, I just think - “what can I be doing differently in my life that will help me get an erection and please my fiancee?”

Here’s some stuff I did that helped me a lot:

1. I went to new locations to have sex

I found that mixing up where I’m having sex, besides just my room is a good way to get it up. I rented a hotel downtown for a night one time with my fiancee. The 24 hour pool was empty and they had a sauna in there - you’re getting the picture. Outdoors is always fun too (just make sure it’s warm!)

2. I stopped putting pressure on myself to perform in bed

One of the biggest problems I had was how much pressure I started to feel to perform. If I did get it up in the end, usually I’d be so nervous to keep it up that I ended up going soft again. So, you gotta relax a little bit and remove that performance thing. Your woman loves you in the end. Sex is about communication.

3. I communicated to my fiancee before, during and after sex.

Usually, sex can just be a quick thing and its over. It’s best to communicate to your partner about it. Let her know how you’re feeling. Get past the ‘we don’t talk during sex thing’ and open up the dialogue. It’s ok to stop during sex, take a break, and continue in a moment when both of you are ready. This will help with the performance anxiety and give her a chance to play around with the guy downstairs.

4. I masturbated

I never thought I’d say that online but it’s true. If you have impotence, the best way to help yourself is to masturbate every 3-4 days to keep up with the ‘exercises.’ Get your man downstairs used to going up and down - muscle memory! Also, it will help you start looking at sex in terms of ‘pleasuring’ each other rather then ‘just getting it done.’

5. I eat healthy and get regular sleep

I used to drink and smoke pot a lot during my 20s. Sometimes I would binge for days. Now that I’m 30, I can’t get away with it as much. If you’re 40+, well, you’re probably starting to realize you aren’t the stallion you used to be. But that’s ok, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a great sex life. Just make sure you start eating healthier. More green vegetables and fruits, try to stay away from all that red meat and potatoes.

6. My fiancee and I played dress up and tried new things in the bedroom

I never did stuff like that before, but getting into costume and doing elaborate gestures to act out a scene is actually really fun. It’s all about trying new things. If you just do the same ol’ same ol’ everyday, then chances are that your penis is also getting bored - including your wife/partner.

7. Read some freakin’ sex books!

Sex books are the best way to help you through this. There’s tons of resources online for sexual health. Get into sex, you don’t know as much as you think!

Final Thoughts

So try some new stuff. Mix it up a little. We all tend to get into life routines and never really get out of them. Although these things will help, impotence is usually a physical problem and you still might need help getting it up.
